Gökhan Çetinsaya is the chief adviser to the Prime Ministry.Cetinsaya, born in İstanbul in 1964, graduated from Ankara University’s department of social sciences in 1985 and later received a doctorate at the University of Manchester’s Middle Eastern studies department, in 1994. After working as a lecturer for a decade, the academic obtained a professorship in the sociology department of İstanbul Technical University in 2005 and was chosen in 2008 for the position of rector of İstanbul Sehir University.

Mesut Özcan received his B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Marmara University in 2000 and his M.A. in 2002 from the same institution. He completed his Ph.D at Boğaziçi University Atatürk Institute in 2007. He studied at St. Antony’s College, Oxford University on the Jean Monnet Master Scholarship for one year in 2005-2006. Dr. Özcan served at the Center for Strategic Research (SAM) as the Deputy Chairman between 2011 and 2013   and as the Acting Chairman between 2013 and May 2014. He is currently the Director of Diplomacy Academy.

He earned his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Banking at Marmara University, Institute of Banking and Insurance. Dr. Gunduz has been a member of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey since May 1, 2005.
